The Finance Committee considered SENATE BILL NO. 46 "An Act                                                                     
relating to the Alaska Municipal Bond Bank Authority; authorizing the                                                           
Alaska Municipal Bond Bank Authority to issue bonds or notes for a                                                              
regional health organization; and providing for an effective date" and                                                          
recommended it be replaced with                                                                                                 
                                                                                                                                
          CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 46(FIN) "An Act                                                                                
          relating to the Alaska Municipal Bond Bank                                                                            
          Authority; authorizing the Alaska Municipal Bond
