CS FOR HOUSE JOINT RESOLUTION NO. 15(JUD) Denouncing                                                                            
the decision to reverse the suspensions of the federal prosecutors who                                                          
intentionally withheld evidence of innocence from the defense of                                                                
Senator Ted Stevens; and honoring the service of Senator Ted Stevens,                                                           
was read the second time.                                                                                                       
                                                                                                                                
Senator Coghill moved and asked unanimous consent that the                                                                      
resolution be advanced to third reading and placed on final passage.                                                            
Without objection, it was so ordered.
