Representative Millett moved and asked unanimous consent that                                                                   
CSSB 3001(FIN) be considered engrossed, advanced to third reading,                                                              
and placed on final passage.  There being no objection, it was so                                                               
ordered.                                                                                                                        
                                                                                                                                
CSSB 3001(FIN) was read the third time.                                                                                         
                                                                                                                                
Representative Reinbold moved and asked unanimous consent that she                                                              
be allowed to abstain from voting because of a conflict of interest.                                                            
Objection was heard, and Representative Reinbold was required to

Representative Johnson rose to a point of order.
