There being no objection, it was so ordered. CSSB 3001(FIN) was read the third time. Representative Reinbold moved and asked unanimous consent that she be allowed to abstain from voting because of a conflict of interest. Objection was heard, and Representative Reinbold was required to vote. Representative Johnson rose to a point of order. The Speaker ruled that all members were required to vote. **The presence of Representative Kito, who was excused (page 1391), was noted. The question being: "Shall CSSB 3001(FIN) pass the House?" Representative Millett moved and asked unanimous consent that the roll call on the passage of the bill be considered the roll call on the effective date clause. There being no objection, it was so ordered. CSSB 3001(FIN) was signed by the Speaker and Chief Clerk and returned to the Senate.
