The following, which was held in third reading from the January 29,                                                             
2016, calendar (page 1524), was before the House:                                                                               
                                                                                                                                
    CS FOR HOUSE JOINT RESOLUTION NO. 20(RES)                                                                                   
    Urging the United States Congress to enact legislation to clarify                                                           
    and recognize each individual state's authority to manage the fish                                                          
    and wildlife within its borders.                                                                                            
                                                                                                                                
Representative Neuman moved and asked unanimous consent that                                                                    
CSHJR 20(RES) be returned to second reading for the specific                                                                    
purpose of considering Amendment No. 1.  There being no objection,
