Representative Millett moved and asked unanimous consent that the                                                               
following by the House Rules Committee be taken up as a Special

    HOUSE CONCURRENT RESOLUTION NO. 201                                                                                         
    Suspending Rule 47, Uniform Rules of the Alaska State                                                                       
    Legislature, relating to the carry-over of bills from the First                                                             
    Regular Session to the Second Special Session, concerning House                                                             
    Bill No. 176.                                                                                                               
                                                                                                                                
There being no objection, it was so ordered.
