Amendment No. 1 was offered by Representatives Gara, Kawasaki, Spohnholz, Reinbold, and Drummond: Page 2, line 22: Insert "BE IT RESOLVED that the governor and legislature shall adopt rules protecting the privacy of people who do not want to be annoyed, recorded, or filmed by unmanned aircraft and rules protecting airplanes and pilots and air passengers from unsafe interference by unmanned aircraft; and be it" Page 2, line 22: Delete "BE IT" Insert "FURTHER" 2016-03-21 House Journal Page 1885 Representative Gara moved and asked unanimous consent that Amendment No. 1 be adopted. Representative Saddler objected.
