IX, sec. 17(c), Constitution of the State of Alaska, from the constitutional budget reserve fund; and providing for an effective date." and recommends it be replaced with: CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 2001(FIN) "An Act making appropriations for the operating and loan program expenses of state government and for certain programs; making appropriations for the operating expenses of the state's integrated comprehensive mental health program; capitalizing funds and repealing appropriations; making appropriations under art. IX, sec. 17(c), Constitution of the State of Alaska, from the constitutional budget reserve fund; and providing for an effective date." IX, sec. 17(c), Constitution of the State of Alaska, from the constitutional budget reserve fund; and providing for an effective date." with the: Journal Page FIN RPT CS(FIN) NT 6DP 2NR 3AM 1229 Representative Millett moved and asked unanimous consent that the following committee substitute be adopted in lieu of the original bill: CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 2001(FIN) "An Act making appropriations for the operating and loan program expenses of state government and for certain programs; making appropriations for the operating expenses of the state's integrated comprehensive mental health program; capitalizing funds and repealing appropriations; making appropriations under art. IX, sec. 17(c), Constitution of the State of Alaska, from the constitutional budget reserve fund; and providing for an effective date." There being no objection, it was so ordered. 2015-05-27 House Journal Page 1231 Representative Millett moved and asked unanimous consent that CSHB 2001(FIN) be considered engrossed, advanced to third reading, and placed on final passage. There was objection. CSHB 2001(FIN) will advance to third reading on tomorrow's calendar.
