     "An Act relating to special request registration plates                                                                    
     commemorating the arts; and relating to the Alaska State Council                                                           
     on the Arts."

The Speaker waived the Finance Committee referral for the following

     "An Act making an entity that is exempt from federal taxation                                                              
     under 26 U.S.C. 501(c)(3) (Internal Revenue Code) and a

     energy efficiency revolving loan fund; and relating to loans from                                                          
     the Alaska energy efficiency revolving loan fund."

     to special request Chilkoot Pass license plates; relating to special
