The Speaker waived the Finance Committee referral for the following                                                             
at the request of Representative Thompson, Co-chair:                                                                            
                                                                                                                                
     HOUSE BILL NO. 38                                                                                                          
     "An Act relating to the rapid response to, and control of, aquatic                                                         
     invasive species and establishing the aquatic invasive species                                                             
     response fund."                                                                                                            
                                                                                                                                
HB 38 was removed from the Finance Committee and referred to the                                                                
Rules Committee for placement on the calendar.
