SENATE BILL NO. 154 "An Act relating to special registration plates                                                             
commemorating the Blood Bank of Alaska" was read the second time.                                                               
                                                                                                                                
Senator Stoltze, Chair, moved and asked unanimous consent for the                                                               
adoption of the State Affairs Committee Substitute offered on page                                                              
2220. Senator Gardner objected, then withdrew her objection. There                                                              
being no further objection, CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 154(STA)                                                                     
was adopted.                                                                                                                    
                                                                                                                                
Senator Coghill moved and asked unanimous consent that the bill be                                                              
considered engrossed, advanced to third reading and placed on final                                                             
passage. Senator Gardner objected.                                                                                              
                                                                                                                                
President Meyer stated CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 154(STA) will                                                                     
advance to third reading on the April 8 calendar.
