The State Affairs Committee considered SENATE BILL NO. 209 "An                                                                  
Act prohibiting smoking in certain locations; and providing for an                                                              
effective date" and recommended it be replaced with                                                                             
                                                                                                                                
          CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 209(STA) "An Act                                                                               
          relating to a prohibition on smoking in certain                                                                       
          locations; providing for a local option election with                                                                 
          respect to smoking in public places; and providing                                                                    
          for an effective date."
