The State Affairs Committee considered SENATE BILL NO. 132 "An                                                                  
Act relating to motor vehicle registration fees" and recommended it be                                                          
replaced with                                                                                                                   
                                                                                                                                
          CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 132(STA) "An Act                                                                               
          relating to exemptions from the payment of motor                                                                      
          vehicle registration fees for residents 65 years of age                                                               
          or older; and providing for an effective date."
