2d CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 23(RLS) "An Act creating the Knik                                                                      
Crossing Development Corporation as a subsidiary corporation of the                                                             
Alaska Housing Finance Corporation and relating to bonds of the Knik                                                            
Crossing Development Corporation" was read the second time.                                                                     
                                                                                                                                
Senator Meyer, Cochair, moved and asked unanimous consent for the                                                               
adoption of the Finance Senate Committee Substitute offered on page                                                             
2272. Senator Ellis objected, then withdrew his objection. There being                                                          
no further objection, SENATE CS FOR 2d CS FOR HOUSE BILL                                                                        
NO. 23(FIN) "An Act relating to the Knik Arm Bridge and Toll                                                                    
Authority; relating to the bonding authority of the Knik Arm Bridge                                                             
and Toll Authority; relating to toll bridge revenue bonds; creating the                                                         
toll bridge revenue fund, the toll bridge revenue bond redemption                                                               
fund, and the bond reserve fund; relating to powers and duties of the                                                           
state bond committee; and providing for an effective date" was                                                                  
adopted.
