Without objection, the citations were adopted and referred to the Secretary for transmittal. Unfinished Business HB 32 Senators Fairclough, Gardner, Dyson, Micciche moved and asked unanimous consent to be shown as cross sponsors on CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 32(FIN) "An Act providing for the issuance of one business license for multiple lines of business; and providing for reissuance of a business license to make a change on the license." Without objection, it was so ordered. SB 30 Senators Wielechowski, Bishop moved and asked unanimous consent to be shown as cosponsors on SENATE BILL NO. 30 "An Act relating to new defined benefit tiers in the public employees' retirement system and the teachers' retirement system; providing certain employees an opportunity to choose between the defined benefit and defined contribution plans of the public employees' retirement system and the teachers' retirement system; and providing for an effective date." Without objection, it was so ordered. Senator Gardner moved and asked unanimous consent to be excused from a call of the Senate from plane time, March 28 through evening plane time, March 30. Without objection, Senator Gardner was excused. SB 176 President Huggins added a Finance Committee referral to SENATE BILL NO. 176 "An Act relating to the regulation of firearms and knives by the University of Alaska." The bill was referred to the Finance Committee.
