Senator Coghill, Chair, moved and asked unanimous consent for the adoption of the Judiciary Committee Substitute offered on page 2033. Without objection, CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 187(JUD) "An Act relating to the crime of endangering the welfare of a child in the second degree; relating to the crime of misconduct involving confidential information in the first degree; amending Rule 16, Alaska Rules of Criminal Procedure; amending Rule 8, Alaska Child in Need of Aid Rules; and providing for an effective date" was adopted. Senator Coghill offered Title Amendment No. 1: Page 1, line 1: Delete "relating to the crime of endangering the welfare of a child in the second degree;" Senator Coghill moved for the adoption of Title Amendment No. 1. Without objection, Title Amendment No. 1 was adopted. Senator Coghill moved and asked unanimous consent that the bill be considered engrossed, advanced to third reading and placed on final passage. Without objection, it was so ordered.
