development on the outer continental shelf to ensure that those states                                                          
develop necessary infrastructure to support outer continental shelf                                                             
development and preserve environmental integrity, was read the                                                                  
second time.                                                                                                                    
                                                                                                                                
HOUSE JOINT RESOLUTION NO. 26 will advance to third reading                                                                     
on the March 3 calendar.
