HCR 24                                                                                                                        
Senator Coghill moved and asked unanimous consent to take up                                                                    
HOUSE CONCURRENT RESOLUTION NO. 24, which had been                                                                              
held on the Secretary's desk (page 2005). Without objection, the                                                                
resolution was read the second time and before the Senate on final                                                              
passage.                                                                                                                        
                                                                                                                                
The question being: "Shall HOUSE CONCURRENT RESOLUTION                                                                          
NO. 24 Recognizing, honoring, supporting, and encouraging support                                                               
for dog mushing and dog mushers in the state, pass the Senate?" The

Senator Hoffman moved and asked unanimous consent to be shown as                                                                
a cosponsor on SENATE BILL NO. 161 "An Act relating to duties
