Without objection, it was so ordered and the bill was referred to the Secretary for engrossment. Third Reading of House Bills HB 210 CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 210(FIN) am "An Act relating to crisis intervention training for school personnel; and relating to restraint and seclusion of students in public schools" was read the third time. Senator Coghill moved and asked unanimous consent that CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 210(FIN) am be moved to the bottom of today's calendar. Without objection, it was so ordered. House Bills in Third Reading HB 246 HOUSE BILL NO. 246 "An Act adding additional land and water to the Creamer's Field Migratory Waterfowl Refuge" which had been held in third reading (page 2551), was before the Senate. Senator Egan moved that the bill be returned to second reading for the purpose of a specific amendment, that being Amendment No. 1. Without objection, the bill was returned to second reading. Senator Egan offered Amendment No. 1 : Page 1, line 2, following "Refuge": Insert "; designating the House of Wickersham as the official residence of the lieutenant governor and making the House of Wickersham available for other uses; and relating to per diem claims by the lieutenant governor that are related to the location of the official residence of the lieutenant governor"
