Senator Kelly, Cochair, moved and asked unanimous consent for the adoption of the Finance Senate Committee Substitute offered on page 805. Without objection, SENATE CS FOR CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 65(FIN) was adopted. SENATE CS FOR CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 65(FIN) will advance to third reading on the March 28 calendar. HB 66 CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 66(FIN) "An Act making appropriations for the operating and capital expenses of the state's integrated comprehensive mental health program and making a reappropriation; and providing for an effective date" was read the second time. Senator Kelly, Cochair, moved and asked unanimous consent for the adoption of the Finance Senate Committee Substitute offered on page 805. Without objection, SENATE CS FOR CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 66(FIN) was adopted.
