And so, Amendment No. 1 was adopted, and the new title follows: HOUSE CS FOR SPONSOR SUBSTITUTE FOR SENATE BILL NO. 49(FIN) am H "An Act relating to existing women's health programs; and defining 'medically necessary abortion' for purposes of making payments under the state Medicaid program." Amendment No. 2 was offered by Representatives Munoz and Gruenberg: Page 3, lines 2 - 5: Delete all material and insert: "(xxii) another physical disorder, physical injury, or physical illness, including a physical condition arising from the pregnancy, or a psychiatric disorder that places the woman in imminent danger of medical impairment of a major bodily function if an abortion is not performed." Representative Munoz moved and asked unanimous consent that Amendment No. 2 be adopted. Representative LeDoux objected. The question being: "Shall Amendment No. 2 be adopted?"
