Full Journal pdf2013-04-04 House Journal Page 0888 SB 12 The following was read the second time: SENATE BILL NO. 12 "An Act relating to state and public entity procurement, including the State Procurement Code, procurement preferences, contract awards, the use of small procurement provisions for certain amounts of leased space, the Alaska business license requirement for Alaska bidder and other procurement preferences, the proof of registration of construction contract bidders and offerors, the establishment and maintenance of lists of persons who want to provide supplies or services to the state, state agencies, and state instrumentalities, electronic bids and proposals, the chief procurement officer, small procurements, and writings; relating to the meaning of 'Alaska bidder'; and providing for an effective date." with the: Journal Page STA RPT 7DP 589 FN1: ZERO(ADM) 590 FIN RPT 9DP 1NR 1AM 694 FN1: ZERO(ADM) 694 Representative Pruitt moved and asked unanimous consent that SB 12 be considered engrossed, advanced to third reading, and placed on final passage. There being no objection, it was so ordered. SB 12 was read the third time. The question being: "Shall SB 12 pass the House?" Representative Pruitt moved and asked unanimous consent that the roll call on the passage of the bill be considered the roll call on the effective date clause. There being no objection, it was so ordered. SB 12 was signed by the Speaker and Chief Clerk and returned to the Senate.
