Representative Pruitt moved and asked unanimous consent that reconsideration of SB 2 be taken up on the same day. There being no objection, it was so ordered. The following was before the House in third reading: SENATE BILL NO. 2 "An Act enacting the Interstate Mining Compact and relating to the compact; relating to the Interstate Mining Commission; and providing for an effective date." The question to be reconsidered: "Shall SB 2 pass the House?" Representative Pruitt moved and asked unanimous consent that the roll call on the passage of the bill be considered the roll call on the effective date clause. There being no objection, it was so ordered. SB 2 was signed by the Speaker and Chief Clerk, and returned to the Senate.
