There being no objection, it was so ordered. SB 2 was read the third time. The question being: "Shall SB 2 pass the House?" The roll was taken with the following result: SB 2 Third Reading Final Passage YEAS: 35 NAYS: 0 EXCUSED: 2 ABSENT: 3 Yeas: Chenault, Costello, Drummond, Feige, Foster, Gara, Gattis, Gruenberg, Hawker, Herron, Higgins, Holmes, Hughes, Isaacson, Johnson, Josephson, Kawasaki, Keller, Kerttula, Kreiss-Tomkins, LeDoux, Lynn, Millett, Munoz, Neuman, Olson, Pruitt, Reinbold, Seaton, Stoltze, Tarr, Thompson, Tuck, P.Wilson, T.Wilson Excused: Guttenberg, Nageak Absent: Austerman, Edgmon, Saddler And so, SB 2 passed the House. Representative Pruitt moved and asked unanimous consent that the roll call on the passage of the bill be considered the roll call on the effective date clause. There being no objection, it was so ordered. Representative Pruitt later gave notice of reconsideration of the vote on SB 2, and reconsideration was taken up then.
