Representative Feige moved and asked unanimous consent that reconsideration of HJR 26 be taken up on the same day. There being no objection, it was so ordered. HOUSE JOINT RESOLUTION NO. 26 Urging the United States Congress to provide a means for consistently and equitably sharing with all oil and gas producing states adjacent to federal outer continental shelf areas a portion of revenue generated from oil and gas development on the outer continental shelf to ensure that those states develop necessary 2014-02-21 House Journal Page 1660 infrastructure to support outer continental shelf development and preserve environmental integrity. Representative Pruitt moved and asked unanimous consent that the House rescind previous action in advancing HJR 26 to third reading (page 1658). There being no objection, it was so ordered, and HJR 26 was in second reading. Representative Pruitt moved and asked unanimous consent that HJR 26 be considered engrossed, advanced to third reading, and placed on final passage. There being no objection, it was so ordered. HJR 26 was read the third time. The question to be reconsidered: "Shall HJR 26 pass the House?"
