2013-04-10 House Journal Page 1032 HJR 16 The following was read the second time: HOUSE JOINT RESOLUTION NO. 16 Relating to national ocean policy. with the: Journal Page RES RPT CS(RES) NT 5DP 3NR 965 FN1: ZERO(LEG) 965 Representative Pruitt moved and asked unanimous consent that the following committee substitute be adopted in lieu of the original resolution: CS FOR HOUSE JOINT RESOLUTION NO. 16(RES) Relating to the National Ocean Council, the development of a national ocean policy, and coastal and marine spatial planning. There being no objection, it was so ordered. Amendment No. 1 was offered by Representatives Keller and Saddler: 2013-04-10 House Journal Page 1033 Page 3, line 1, following "Council;": Insert "the governors and legislatures of all the coastal states and coastal territories of the nation;" Representative Keller moved and asked unanimous consent that Amendment No. 1 be adopted. There being no objection, it was so ordered. Representative Pruitt moved and asked unanimous consent that CSHJR 16(RES) am be considered engrossed, advanced to third reading, and placed on final passage. There being no objection, it was so ordered. CSHJR 16(RES) am was read the third time. The question being: "Shall CSHJR 16(RES) am pass the House?"
