    HOUSE CONCURRENT RESOLUTION NO. 18                                                                                          
    Encouraging hospitals and birthing facilities in the state to                                                               
    participate in the Baby-Friendly Hospital Initiative and to support                                                         
    breastfeeding; and recognizing the benefits of breastfeeding.
