The Speaker removed the Education Committee referral and added a

    HOUSE BILL NO. 196                                                                                                          
    "An Act relating to group insurance coverage and self-insurance                                                             
    coverage for school district employees; and providing for an                                                                
    effective date."                                                                                                            
                                                                                                                                
HB 196 was removed from the Education Committee and referred to                                                                 
the Labor & Commerce Committee with a further referral to the                                                                   
Finance Committee.  HB 196 was reprinted today.
