There being no objection, the member was excused as noted: Representative Tuck - from 6:00 p.m., January 29 to 10:00 a.m., January 31 HB 139 Representative Josephson moved and asked unanimous consent that his name be added as prime sponsor to the following: HOUSE BILL NO. 139 "An Act adding to the powers and duties of the State Commission for Human Rights; and relating to and prohibiting discrimination based on sexual orientation or gender identity or expression."
