Representative Pruitt moved that the House concur in the Senate amendment to CSHB 84(FIN), thus adopting CSHB 84(FIN) (efd am S), and recommended that the members vote yes. The question being: "Shall the House concur in the Senate amendment to CSHB 84(FIN)?" Representative Pruitt moved and asked unanimous consent that the roll call on the passage of the bill be considered the roll call on the effective date clause. There being no objection, it was so ordered. The Chief Clerk notified the Senate. CSHB 84(FIN)(efd am S) was referred to the Chief Clerk for enrollment. UNFINISHED BUSINESS HB 65 Representative Pruitt moved and asked unanimous consent that the House consider the Conference Committee with limited powers of free conference report (page 1172) on CSHB 65(FIN) and SCS CSHB 65(FIN).
