Representative Pruitt moved and asked unanimous consent that the roll call on the passage of the bill be considered the roll call on the effective date clause. MESSAGES FROM THE SENATE HB 52 A message dated April 12, 2013, was read stating the Senate passed HB 52 am with the following amendment, and it is transmitted for consideration: SENATE CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 52(FIN) "An Act relating to allowable absences from the state for purposes of eligibility for permanent fund dividends; and providing for an effective date." CONCUR IN SENATE AMENDMENTS HB 52 Representative Pruitt moved and asked unanimous consent that the House consider the Senate message. There being no objection, it was so ordered.
