Objection was heard and withdrawn. There being no further objection, Amendment No. 1 was adopted. The Speaker cautioned the members to confine remarks to the intent of the bill. Representative Johnson moved and asked unanimous consent that since all members may have a conflict of interest that they be required to vote. There being no objection, all members were required to vote. The question being: "Shall CSHB 19(RLS)(efd am) pass the House?"
