Full Journal pdf2014-04-20 House Journal Page 2675 HB 385 Representative Pruitt moved and asked unanimous consent that the House consider the Senate message (page 2668) on the following: HOUSE BILL NO. 385 "An Act relating to additional state contributions to the teachers' defined benefit retirement plan and the public employees' defined benefit retirement plan; and providing for an effective date." and SENATE CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 385(FIN) "An Act relating to the past service liabilities of the defined benefit plan in the teachers' retirement system and the defined benefit plan in the public employees' retirement system, and to excess assets of those plans on termination of the plans; and providing for an effective date." (SCR 28 - title change resolution) There being no objection, it was so ordered. 2014-04-20 House Journal Page 2676 Representative Pruitt moved that the House concur in the Senate amendment to HB 385, thus adopting SCS HB 385(FIN), and recommended that the members vote yes. The question being: "Shall the House concur in the Senate amendment to HB 385?" Representative Pruitt moved and asked unanimous consent that the roll call on the passage of the bill be considered the roll call on the effective date clause. There being no objection, it was so ordered. The Chief Clerk notified the Senate. SCS HB 385(FIN) was referred to the Chief Clerk for enrollment.
