The Speaker added a Judiciary Committee referral for the following:                                                             
                                                                                                                                
     HOUSE BILL NO. 245                                                                                                         
     "An Act repealing the required local contribution to school                                                                
     funding; making conforming changes; and providing for an                                                                   
     effective date."                                                                                                           
                                                                                                                                
HB 245 was removed from the Finance Committee and referred to the                                                               
Judiciary Committee with a further referral to the Finance Committee.
