Representative Seaton moved and asked unanimous consent that reconsideration of CSHB 190(EDC) be taken up on the same day. There being no objection, it was so ordered. The following was before the House in third reading: CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 190(EDC) "An Act providing for course credit in secondary school based on demonstrated mastery of the subject." The question to be reconsidered: "Shall CSHB 190(EDC) pass the House?"
