2013-04-14 House Journal Page 1268 HB 65 Representative Pruitt moved and asked unanimous consent that the House consider the Conference Committee with limited powers of free conference report (page 1172) on CSHB 65(FIN) and SCS CSHB 65(FIN). There being no objection, it was so ordered. 2013-04-14 House Journal Page 1269 Representatives LeDoux, Kerttula, and Stoltze moved and asked unanimous consent that they be allowed to abstain from voting because of a conflict of interest. Objection was heard, and the members were required to vote. Representative Pruitt moved that the House adopt the Conference Committee with limited powers of free conference report, thus adopting the following, and recommended that the members vote yes: CONFERENCE CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 65 "An Act making appropriations for the operating and loan program expenses of state government and for certain programs, capitalizing funds, and making reappropriations; and providing for an effective date." The question being: "Shall the House adopt the report?" Representative Pruitt moved and asked unanimous consent that the roll call on the passage of the bill be considered the roll call on the effective date clause.
