Message dated July 25 was received stating the Governor read the                                                                
following resolution and transmitted the engrossed and enrolled copies                                                          
to the Lieutenant Governor's Office for permanent filing:                                                                       
                                                                                                                                
         CS FOR SENATE CONCURRENT RESOLUTION                                                                                    
         NO. 13(HSS) Urging the governor to establish and                                                                       
         support programs designed to eradicate the                                                                             
         occurrence of fetal alcohol spectrum disorder from
