The Education Committee considered SENATE BILL NO. 113 "An                                                                      
Act increasing the stipend for boarding school students; and providing                                                          
for an effective date" and recommended it be replaced with                                                                      
                                                                                                                                
          CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 113(EDC) "An Act                                                                               
          relating to residential educational programs;                                                                         
          increasing the stipend for boarding school students;
