NO. 74 "An Act requiring insurance coverage for autism spectrum                                                                 
disorders, describing the method for establishing a covered treatment                                                           
plan for those disorders, and defining the covered treatment for those                                                          
disorders; and providing for an effective date." Signing do pass:
