The State Affairs Committee considered SENATE BILL NO. 36 "An                                                                   
Act relating to an opt-out charitable giving program offered by an                                                              
electric or telephone cooperative" and recommended it be replaced                                                               
with                                                                                                                            
                                                                                                                                
             CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 36(STA) "An Act                                                                             
             relating to an opt-out charitable giving program                                                                   
             offered by an electric or telephone cooperative; and                                                               
             allowing for an electric cooperative to assist persons                                                             
             in acquiring and installing weatherization and energy                                                              
             efficiency products and services."
