The State Affairs Committee considered SENATE BILL NO. 33 "An                                                                   
Act relating to the disposition of remains of a member of the military                                                          
if the member dies while in a duty status" and recommended it be                                                                
replaced with                                                                                                                   
                                                                                                                                
          CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 33(STA) "An Act                                                                                
          relating to the disposition of remains of a member of                                                                 
          the armed forces if the member dies while in a duty
