The Finance Committee considered SENATE BILL NO. 19 "An Act                                                                     
excluding motorcycles and motor-driven cycles from the passenger                                                                
vehicle rental tax" and recommended it be replaced with                                                                         
                                                                                                                                
          CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 19(FIN) "An Act                                                                                
          specifying the vehicle rental tax for motorcycles and                                                                 
          motor-driven cycles; and providing for an effective
