The Finance Committee considered SENATE BILL NO. 18 "An Act                                                                     
relating to the duration of regular sessions of the legislature; and                                                            
providing for an effective date" and recommended it be replaced with                                                            
                                                                                                                                
          CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 18(FIN) "An Act                                                                                
          relating to the convening and duration of regular                                                                     
          sessions of the legislature; and providing for an
