     "An Act repealing provisions relating to the power and duties of                                                           
     the Department of Education and Early Development to intervene                                                             
     in a school district to improve instructional practices."

     CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 256(EDC)                                                                                             
     "An Act relating to the power and duties of the Department of                                                              
     Education and Early Development to improve instructional                                                                   
     practices; relating to teacher exit surveys; and relating to duties of
