Full Journal pdf2012-04-15 House Journal Page 2526 HB 104 The Conference Committee with limited powers of free conference considering CSHB 104(RLS) and SCS CSHB 104(FIN) recommends the following be adopted: CONFERENCE CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 104 "An Act renaming the Alaska performance scholarship and relating to the scholarship and tax credits applicable to contributions to the scholarship; relating to AlaskAdvantage education grant funding and to Alaska performance scholarship funding; relating to AlaskAdvantage education grant eligibility; establishing accounts and a fund for those purposes; making conforming amendments; and providing for an effective date." The report was signed by Representatives Thomas (Chair), Austerman, Gara; and Senators Hoffman (Chair), Meyer, Thomas. The following fiscal note(s) apply to CCS HB 104: 11.
