Representative Austerman moved that the House concur in the Senate amendment to CSHB 301(FIN), thus adopting SCS CSHB 301(L&C), and recommended that the members vote yes. The question being: "Shall the House concur in the Senate amendment to CSHB 301(FIN)?"
