2012-03-23 House Journal Page 1997 HB 301 Representative Johansen brought up reconsideration of the vote on CSHB 301(FIN) (page 1962). 2012-03-23 House Journal Page 1998 The following was again before the House in third reading: CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 301(FIN) "An Act relating to enforcement of boating safety statutes; amending the termination date of certain statutes relating to the use, operation, and regulation of boats, a uniform state waterway marking system, and civil liability for boat owners; providing for an effective date by amending the effective date of secs. 3, 5, 7, 9, 11, 14, 16, 18, 20, 23, 26, and 27, ch. 28, SLA 2000, as amended; and providing for an effective date." The question to be reconsidered: "Shall CSHB 301(FIN) pass the House?" Representative Austerman moved and asked unanimous consent that the roll call on the passage of the bill be considered the roll call on the effective date clause. There being no objection, it was so ordered. CSHB 301(FIN) was referred to the Chief Clerk for engrossment.
