The Speaker waived the Resources Committee referral for the                                                                     
following at the request of Representative Feige, Co-chair:                                                                     
                                                                                                                                
     HOUSE JOINT RESOLUTION NO. 17                                                                                              
     Urging the United States Congress to pass legislation concerning                                                           
     regulation of drinking water and wastewater treatment by the                                                               
     United States Environmental Protection Agency.                                                                             
                                                                                                                                
HJR 17 was removed from the Resources Committee and referred to                                                                 
the Rules Committee for placement on the calendar.
