A message dated June 6, 2012, was received stating the Governor                                                                 
signed the following bill and is transmitting the engrossed and enrolled                                                        
copies to the Lieutenant Governor's office for permanent filing:                                                                
                                                                                                                                
     HOUSE BILL NO. 60                                                                                                          
     "An Act relating to aquatic farm permitting involving geoducks                                                             
     and to geoduck seed transfers between certified hatcheries and
