Without objection, it was so ordered. SB 292 Senators McGuire, Menard moved and asked unanimous consent to be shown as cosponsors on SENATE BILL NO. 292 "An Act relating to the registration and operation of pawnbrokers and to the exemption for pawnbrokers under the Alaska Small Loans Act; and providing for an effective date." Without objection, it was so ordered. Senator Meyer moved and asked unanimous consent to be excused from a call of the Senate from afternoon plane time, April 2 through morning plane time, April 5. Without objection, Senator Meyer was excused. HB 302 SENATE CS FOR CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 302(FIN) "An Act making appropriations for the operating and capital expenses of the state's integrated comprehensive mental health program; and providing for an effective date" which had been engrossed (page 2032) was returned to the House for consideration. SJR 21 The reconsideration on SENATE JOINT RESOLUTION NO. 21 Proposing amendments to the Constitution of the State of Alaska relating to and increasing the number of members of the house of representatives to forty-eight and the number of members of the senate to twenty-four, was not taken up this legislative day and the resolution was referred to the Secretary for engrossment.
